Course Cancellation & Refunds
- Before Course Start: Full refund (minus processing fees) if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
- Within 7 Days of Start: 75% refund if cancellation is requested between 3-7 days before the course start date.
- Less Than 3 Days Before Start: 50% refund if cancellation is requested within 3 days of the course start date.
- After Course Start: No refund once the course has started. However, you may be eligible to transfer to a future batch.
Demo Class Policy
We offer free demo classes for all courses. We encourage you to attend a demo session before enrolling to ensure the course meets your expectations. No payment is required for demo classes.
Course Transfer Policy
- Students may request a transfer to a different batch or course within 7 days of enrollment, subject to availability.
- Course transfers are free within the first 7 days of enrollment.
- Transfer requests after 7 days may incur a nominal administrative fee.
EMI & Installment Refunds
If you have opted for EMI or installment payment plans, refunds will be processed based on the amount paid minus any applicable cancellation fees as per the installment schedule. Processing fees from third-party financing providers are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account as provided by the student.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Registration or administrative fees (if applicable).
- Certification exam fees paid on behalf of the student.
- Any course materials already delivered or accessed digitally.
