- Upptalk reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or alternative batch.
Payment Terms
- Course fees are payable as per the fee schedule communicated at the time of enrollment.
- All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
- EMI options, if available, are subject to third-party financing approval and terms.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, documents, videos, assignments, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Upptalk. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit written permission from Upptalk.
Student Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during all training sessions.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of access to our services without refund.
- Sharing login credentials or system access with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Upptalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific course in question.
Modifications to Terms
Upptalk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
